1. Business Identity
BoldPrnt is a trade name (DBA) of Second & Frederick LLC, an Alabama limited liability company. All services, transactions, and agreements are entered into with Second & Frederick LLC.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with BoldPrnt, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

3. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit/Debit Cards

• PayPal

• Apple Pay

• Zelle or ACH (available upon request)

BoldPrnt reserves the right to approve alternative payment methods on a case-by-case basis.
We do not accept business or personal checks under any circumstances.

4. Payment Policy
All orders must be paid in full prior to production. Production will not begin until payment has been successfully processed and cleared.

5. Order Approval & Proofing
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs prior to production. By approving a proof, the client accepts full responsibility for:

• Spelling errors

• Design layout

• Colors

• Dimensions

• Content accuracy

BoldPrnt is not responsible for errors approved by the client.

6. Revisions
Each order includes one (1) revision.
Additional revisions are billed at $95 per hour.

7. Design Services (If Applicable)
BoldPrnt primarily provides print production services. Design services may be offered at an additional cost.

• Design services are billed at $95 per hour unless otherwise stated

• All design work includes one (1) revision

• Additional revisions will be billed hourly

• Design fees are non-refundable once work has begun

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund:

• After 12 hours (if production has NOT started): 50% refund

• Once production begins: NO REFUNDS

9. Production & Turnaround Times
All production timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

BoldPrnt is not liable for delays due to:

• Supplier delays

• Equipment issues

• File issues

• High order volume

10. Shipping & Delivery
BoldPrnt utilizes third-party shipping carriers. BoldPrnt is not responsible for:

• Shipping delays

• Lost or damaged packages

• Carrier errors

Clients are responsible for filing claims directly with the shipping carrier when applicable.

11. Print Variations & Tolerances
Due to the nature of large-format printing:

• Color variations of up to 10–15% may occur

• Slight size, alignment, or placement shifts may occur

• Material differences may affect final appearance

These variations are not considered defects.

12. Customer-Supplied Artwork
Clients are fully responsible for submitted files. BoldPrnt is not responsible for:

• Low-resolution files

• Incorrect sizing

• Formatting issues

• Font substitutions

• Pixelation or blurriness

13. Artwork Review Disclaimer
BoldPrnt operates as a print-only service unless design services are explicitly purchased. BoldPrnt does not review, edit, or proof customer-submitted artwork for:

• Spelling or grammatical errors

• Design quality

• Layout issues

• Color accuracy

• Resolution or print readiness

All files are printed as submitted. By submitting artwork, the client acknowledges that BoldPrnt will print files exactly as provided without modification or verification.

BoldPrnt is not liable for any errors present in customer-submitted artwork.

14. File Delivery & Responsibility
Once files have been delivered, BoldPrnt is not responsible for file corruption, compatibility issues, or system limitations. Clients must ensure they have the proper software to access and use delivered files.

15. File Release Fee
Editable/source files require a $275 per file release fee. This does not include:

• Licensed fonts

• Stock images

These must be purchased separately if required.

16. Intellectual Property & Indemnification
Clients guarantee that all submitted content does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless BoldPrnt and Second & Frederick LLC from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from submitted content.

17. Copyright & Trademark
BoldPrnt does not provide legal protection services. Clients are responsible for securing copyrights and trademarks for their materials.

18. Portfolio Rights
BoldPrnt reserves the right to display completed or rejected projects in its portfolio, including on its website, social media, and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

19. Stock Photography
Stock assets used in projects remain licensed under BoldPrnt unless otherwise specified. Clients requiring exclusive rights must request this in advance and may incur additional fees.

20. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BoldPrnt and Second & Frederick LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits or business interruption.

Maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the order.

21. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Clients agree to contact BoldPrnt prior to initiating any chargebacks or payment disputes. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in collections or legal action.

22. Force Majeure
BoldPrnt is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, supply chain disruptions, labor shortages, government actions, or technology failures.

23. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by applicable U.S. laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Alabama.

24. Modifications
BoldPrnt reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
